How long does it take for my changes to appear

Which browsers is are your applications currently
compatible with?
Our products have been thoroughly tested in Netscape,
Internet Explorer, FireFox and Safari. If you find
that our utility is compatible or incompatible with
other browsers currently available, please let us

Do your applications work on Macintosh and
PC computers?
Yes. Our products are currently being used by PC and
Macintosh owners.
If I have a problem using one of your applications,
is your team available for technical support?
Absolutely. Part of your monthly licensing fee pays
for unlimited technical support. Our team is here

Can your applications be installed on sites
not created by your design team?
Yes. Our team can install our products on most any

What are the fees associated with WebWorX?
A user license costs $25 per page/per month, with
a minimum contract of 12 months and a one time set-up
fee of $100. Keep in mind, many of your pages will
not need daily or weekly updates and, therefore, will
not need WebWorX installed on them.
Why is WebWorX different than other Content
Management Systems on the market?
Because most content management programs are designed
to provide generic services to the masses, many of
them provide unnecessary options and allow too much
flexibility which can lead to errors. WebWorX is set-up
on a case-by-case basis. Our team determines exactly

Do I need to purchase or download any special
software?
No. This completely browser-based solution enables
Website managers to access and update content through
a Web browser.
Can I use WebWorX even if I know nothing
about Web development?
Yes. WebWorX is technically advanced so you don't
have to be. If you can browse the Internet, you can
now maintain your own site in minutes. No experience
necessary.
Can I choose only one or two pages of my
site to be administered with WebWorX?
Yes. In fact, it is recommended that WebWorX only
be installed on pages of your site that will change
frequently.
Can I upload photos, images or documents
using WebWorX?
Yes. WebWorX makes adding photos or images to your
pages easy. Click, browse, choose, submit. It's that
simple. Great for bios, news stories, product catalogs
and more.
Can WebWorX be used on Linux and Windows
servers?
Yes. WebWorX is available in ASP and PHP versions
that can be installed on either a Linux and Windows
NT server.
Can WebWorX be installed on sites developed
in Flash®?
No. Because of the way the Macromedia Flash® application
compiles its site files, WebWorX cannot be used. However,
sites developed primarily in HTML, ASP or PHP that
use only elements of Flash® technology throughout

Can WebWorX be set-up to allow multiple users
to edit only the pages of a site for which they are
directly responsible?
Yes. Multiple-user modes allow for various access
control rights. Selected individuals can maintain
the content for specific pages only, while Site Administrators
can have access to all pages simply by assigning multiple
passwords.
